Boosterthon Meeting with Hannah Johnson June 29, 2026 BOOSTERTHON PROVIDES  Our level is primarily using their platform. Easy for families to register families and create student pages.  Every student gets a lanyard with a QR code on kick off day. Unlock your first free registration prize. Prizes and promo materials flyers stickers posters banners (character themed) will be given.  New character theme every year: This year's character theme is Global Kitchen Club (share the magic foundation) to encourage the love of reading for students. Daily mini global cooking videos.  Individual prize structure. Class incentives. Class tracker for class goals.  On Runapalooza Day: cones provided, soundtrack spotify playlist, volunteer to do list reminders (cut the grass, have water bottles)  Great Wolf Lodge incentive (sweepstakes for a free night stay, a day pass, parents get a 40% off stay). Race track, Wendy's, Chuck E Cheese  She gave ideas for rainy day indoor options: fit games, minute to win it games, glow party, dance party PRIZES 2 ways of earning prizes: 1. You get a set prize immediately (pre shipped to us) 8 active days of fundraising September 29- October 8 = 7 days of passing out prizes (vs. 3 weeks historically) 2. Online reward store (students earn points to redeem online like Dave and Busters.) Siblings can pool points together to get larger prizes. At the end one or two distribution days to pass out prizes.. packaged per class per student.  Reward store has over 60 prizes to choose from. Dude Perfect partnership branded prizes left over.  Hannah will send us what the online prizes were last year. New inventory list not available. She'll also send this year's set prize list LOGISTICS OF PRIZE DISTRIBUTION  She can open the website on 9/8 Runapalooza soft launch day. When do we want the lanyards to go home? On 9/8 or 9/29? Do we want to wait to pass out prizes after fall break? They can send the kick off videos whenever we want too. Online prizes will be distributed Week of October 19 th .  Can Hannah ask and see if we can get online prizes distributed earlier? Hannah asking if we can pass out keychains/balls in the beginning of fundraising. We are concerned that the online prizes are passed out too late. Next Zoom Meeting.
