SUPPORT OUR TEACHERS & STAFF
Room Parent
Serve as a liaison between your child’s teacher, classroom families, and the PTO. Help coordinate volunteers, classroom celebrations, and communication throughout the school year.
Staff Meals & Snacks
Help provide meals and treats for our amazing teachers and staff throughout the year. Opportunities include donating food, helping with setup, and assisting during special events.
Staff Appreciation Week Committee
Join the team that plans one of our favorite weeks of the year (end of March)! Help organize meals, gifts, decorations, and special surprises that celebrate our incredible MBES staff.
Teacher Favorite Lists
Help collect and organize teacher favorites so families can easily celebrate and appreciate the MBES staff all year long.
Holiday Wrapping for Staff

Yearbook Committee
Lead the creation of the annual MBES yearbook and help preserve memories from throughout the school year or help design pages, organize content, and create a yearbook students will treasure for years to come. Capture school events, student activities, and special moments throughout the year.
Volunteer Coordinator
Help connect willing volunteers with meaningful opportunities throughout the school year. The Volunteer Coordinator works with PTO board members and committee chairs to recruit volunteers, communicate needs, and ensure events and programs have the support they need to be successful. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting people, staying organized, and helping others get involved in ways that fit their interests and availability.
